SCHF WEBSITE REDEVELOPMENT

Product redevelopment, strategy development, creative direction, marketing and customer journey mapping​

“ONE DONATION, HELPING ALL KIDS”

 

Due to the changes to the organisations brand, the website needed to be reskinned and aligned with the new creative direction. 

​

The website redevelopment needed to incorporate 3 working websites into one: 

  • Fundraise for Sydney Kids 

  • Bandaged Bear

  • Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation

Moving our focus away from the entities and onto the four key pillars of what the organisations does:

  • Supporting us

  • Patients

  • Community

  • Research

​

The focus for the redevelopment was user experience, highlighting the organisations highest priorities and having clear messaging and CTA's. 

 

The project took 6 months and successfully launched in November 2021.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:​​

  • Develop new donate form structure and supporter journey

  • Strategy development 

  • Content creation 

  • Approval and sign off of marketing material and branding with creative agency

  • Work with developer on user experience and user interface

  • Transition and supporter journey mapping

  • Approval and sign off of website implementation

  • Analysis and reporting on traffic, user experience, activity, revenue and KPI's
